Hi Terry,
thanks, well I only put carpet on the internal walls initially so far due to lack of funds. This does help to some extent but ideally you need to install some kind of sound absorption such as a purpose made foam, like I did on the ceiling. This really helps stop sound bouncing off the walls, making a deadening effect. I’ve started to purchase and install the following foam recently:

Sound Service Oxford are good at giving advice too.

Can I ask what you used to line the internal surfaces with? I’m just doing the same for my son ans so any tips would be great.

Hi Matthew, Mark, Suzy & Ellie.

Thanks for inviting us to the opening of the studio, we all had a great time, I did say it at the time and I will say it again we were all impressed with the quality of your building workmanship, I have seen many rehursal studios in my time and yours is up there with the best of them.
